I bought this laptop mid January it started acting up 3 weeks ago we took it to the computer shop turns out the hard drive has failed. I know they talk about having a one-year warranty on the SSD and the ram didn't try to go back to the company .I would return to Amazon if I could.

I haven't even had this laptop for 24 hours and it will not stop shutting down. I will never purchase from this supplier again!!! Mind you, I have never written a bad review on Amazon EVER! Absolute trash!

Tryed I really did. Only installed a few of my programs no games one was my security cam program. I opened yahoo Email and Facebook and it started locking up. Opened task manager and the CPU was at a 100% and I just sat and watched didn't touch anything and it stayed at 100% so 3 things running and still needed to turn on my cam program. That's not going to work. Returned it. To buy something different.

Do not buy from this seller! They replace the RAM with cheap parts and the computer will stop working. Warranty is not covered by HP.

Did not like the box being open and left at the front door where some one could steal it The computer wasn’t that great either can’t down load apps from google play it’s a piece of junk
