Good basic protein
Expensive but mixes well with my cream of rice. Doesn’t add any weird flavors. No idea what it tastes like with out mixing but works well for what I wanted

Best shake ever!!!!! (My recipe below)
I love this stuff! I've been drinking it every morning for about two years now. I use a shaker cup with a metal ball - it's definitely hard to mix. It's stays very clumpy for a long time. I have to shake it for several minutes, but I still love the product. I don't feel like pulling out my blender and putting it back every morning for this shake, so I just deal with the occasional clumps and the long shake time. Heres my recipe for the richest tastiest shake 😍 I seriously can't drink any other protein shake because mine tastes so GOOD 34g (or a bit more) unflavored protein powder 10g cacao powder Stevia 130ml oatmilk About a half cup or so of water A pinch of celtic sea salt (I also add shilajit resin to mine for added minerals. Shilajit is nasty but because the shake is so chocolately rich, I can't taste it!)

Not worth my time.
This powder is sticky and when you scoop it into a bottle it leaves a trail of powder everywhere and then it make sa film when you expect it. It also doesn't break down in cold fluid, it takes hours for it breakdown to shake up. If you use milk or anything cod it forms a giant ball amd then you're drinking clumps. It's so frustrating. It also cakes up around the mouth part of my shaker bottle, gunks it up and nothing can get through. I have scrape it off with a knife. I'm really bothered by the amount effort u have to go though to use this protein. It has a weird taste if and texture. I'm not happy with this product and I've bought 9 bags total and tried all different liquids and temperatures. Just not sold on this brand. Wil move to another.

Use it in hot beverages and blend with an immersion blender
I don’t usually review products but felt compelled to share some positive feedback because this product is has been a life saver for me. I have some autoimmune issues and have been on the Autoimmune Anti Inflammatory Protocol (AIP) for the past 4 years. I’ve found workarounds for a lot of “traditional” foods but protein was a challenge. Collagen protein only takes you so far. As another reviewer mentioned - it’s important to have the right expectations; while it doesn’t taste like beef, it is definitely more hearty. Yes you can blend it in soups but I honestly think any hot drink application will suit this product very well. My personal favorite: 1 scoop protein 16oz hot water 1 teaspoon matcha powder 1 teaspoon thyme honey A pinch of salt to round everything out BLEND WITH IMMERSION BLENDER Froths up really nice and tastes just like a matcha latte :) I also have had no issues with digestion/upset stomach and I’m usually prone to those because of my autoimmune issues. If you’re on the fence please do give it a shot.

Unpleasant taste
I need to increase my protein, but I am having a hard time making myself drink this. The taste is pretty bad. If I heat up some beef boullion and mix this into it, it's tolerable.

Good quality protein
Tasteless, no funky smell. Mixed well with yogurt. The package says the protein is from the grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free cattle. I also liked that it has a large scoop, delivering 32g of protein.

It's pretty good
I like that high protein volume. The dislike about the unflavored..it is thicker and sticky compared to the chocolate and French vanilla flavors. I like it overall.

Worth the money
Really like this protein. It blends well in smoothies.

My review is from a post-bariatric surgery perspective not body building etc. So, firstly, I bought it for $60AUD, which isn't great, but isn't terrible from a price perspective. Most protein supplements targeted at bariatric patients here range from $40-80AUD so it's about average in that regard. Flavour-wise, unflavoured obviously doesn't mean *no* flavour, it has a distinct savoury smell and taste to it. At the standard 1x scoop serving size, you WILL taste it in sweet drinks. It has a very faint flavour of rancid beef marrow about it. But the scoop is quite large, so it's more than reasonable for those who have had bariatric surgery (thus restricted portion sizes), to cut the serving in half. 16g of protein is still a good amount when you're mixing it into small 1/4-1/2 cup servings. Is barely noticeable (if at all) in a half serving size mixed into savoury drinks. Obviously a beef broth will disguise it the best. But works in chicken broth, vegetable soups etc. It's worth buying IMO, because it is a far better source of protein than collagen based supplements, but whey-based tend to be cheaper and less distinct in flavour compared to this one.
