The customer service agent said the seller was going to contact me and try to address the issue, but I never heard back from anyone...which the seller clarified that they never got any messages from Amazon regarding my issue with the scale and that they wanted to make things right!) They not only offered a full refund but also sent me two replacement units — the same model I bought plus their newer compact one-cup scale. I've been using this scale for months now, only doing one cup of coffee per day. Still haven't had to recharge it since receiving it in Sept '25, and it's still working beautifully. The touch controls CAN be a little annoying at times, but it still does exactly what it is supposed to do for me. Highly recommended, especially for the price and ease of use/cleaning. My one gripe is that it doesn't have an extra decimal place like my last scale did (this one only has tenths), but I haven't run into any real issues having one less decimal place after 5-6 solid months of use.

W scale, it works amazingly. Super easy to use, display looks clear and aesthetic, Only scales up to 6 lbs but works well for me. Have been using to scale food too.

It looks so good and modern! It works very well so far and everything is accurate. I noticed the only time the scale weighing starts messing up is when it’s right up against the espresso machine, so you gotta leave a little space so it works properly! I just got into using a grinder and the whole deal so having a scale really helped me figure out what was wrong and the perfect yield time!

Exactly what I was looking for. I measure out my coffee and espresso beans by grams before grinding and it works perfectly. I set the brewing time on my espresso machine that gives me the perfect shot and have used the scale to weigh the espresso being brewed.

This works fine on a perfectly flat surface, but tare does not work when the scale is placed on the coffee maker itself. Not sure why, but it never did so you cannot accurately measure the weight of your brewed espresso. Tare goes to 0.0 and then immediately starts creeping up without any weight on it. Getting the timer back to 00:00 is also not intuitive. Would not recommend if you plan on using this ON your espresso/coffee maker surface.
