Excellent 9” non stick springform pan. I don’t make cheesecake, but I make cinnamon rolls. And these work very well. The heat, whether it is at 350 or 400, disburses well in the bottom and side, and it holds about nine sourdough buns. Yum. Just flip the clamp open and it lifts right off the base. So easy. Lightweight and the color is exactly what I like. It matches my other pans. Very pleased and highly recommend!

Great quality and great price. Easy to use and washes quickly. Great for baking with good quality weight to the pan. stores easily. Tip: Before serving anything from pan please remove springform sides. Many people do not know how to open it and can damage the springform. To make sure this doesn't happen, remove ring before serving.

I used this pan to make a chickpea chocolate cheese cake and it was so good! I really wish I got the 6inch pan instead. Remember to look up how to line a cheesecake pan with parchment paper. No leaks at all and easy cleaning.

Worked fantastic and I had no issues. The cheesecake came off the pan with no complaints and the pan held up well to the heat of the oven. The spring seals tight against the bottom pan, and provides good base for the sides of the cake without any spillage. The whole thing held the shape of the cake together well and did not loosen for the entire cooking process.

Perfect for mini cheesecake , just remember to adjust your time from the normal spring form pans
