There are so many blades and attachments, it'll take a few weeks to explore all. Caution: the blades are extremely sharp. Even a little inattention can nick your fingers. Wear gloves. I've had this for a month or so. I cook everyday. The construction is robust. Once you get the hang of it and figure out what is what, cleaning is a breeze. Perfect design, every piece snaps together securely. Again, respect the very sharp blades. Assembly is minimal, but read the manual. I've diced or sliced or grated onions, tomatoes, potatoes, beets, sweet potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, jalapenos, cucumber, zucchini, ginger, garlic, shallot, tofu, paneer. And I've used only maybe 5 of the 12 blades. 100% recommend.
