Was very easy to put together and didn't take long at all. Didn't have very many steps and is a very good chair

This chair is amazing. It’s very comfortable, perfect for gaming, and the massage feature is a really nice bonus. The quality is great and it looks even better in person. I’m really happy with this chair.

Got 1 classic white and 1 cool blue. The cool has adjustable height for back the classic doesn’t. The massage cable for the cool is longer than the classic. The cool doesn’t recline back as far as the classic. The cool has better wheels than the classic. The seat on the cool is wider than the classic. I love my chair. I got the classic. My son is ok with his. Just not happy with the recline and foot/ leg rest. Was wrong on the cord for the message pillow. Found additional length inside the zipper.

The material is nice and soft perfect coloring. Easy to put put together. I hate putting things together. It appeared to look like a lot of parts upon opening but the instructions made it easy; now words, only pictures with the instructions. It is on the smaller size for a chair for adults. But it works perfect for me and my small frame. See size difference with pink chair. The vibration of the lower back pillow is good the cord is long to plug into the outlet. You will need a “cube” to plug your vibration adaptor into. There was a tear in the chair in the left side. I would buy again bc of the easy setup. Took away one star bc of the hole/tear that is in the side of the main back component. The comfort of the chair is great. Good deal for the price I bought it for. I love the reclining, its easy to adjust.

My nephew loves the chair. Looks great, comfy, reclines, easy to assemble. Good back support and stability.

This chair is comfortable with a good price tag on it. Assembly was straight foward without any major hiccups. There are three things however that I have complaints over: 1: The pillows were quite confusing on how to put on, the instructions didnt say anything about how to mount the massage pillow. 2: The Massage Pillow wire is much too short, making you have to sit right up on the TV or wall in order to plug in, with not the most space for moving. 3: I have a really hard time with the back rest height adjustment; essentially theres a wing nut beneath the backrest that you can tighten and loosen to raise and lower the back. However, it has a really bad tendency to slip, so the backrest doesn't stay at the proper height consistently. 4: The foot rest is more like a leg rest... it could definetly use more extendability. Other than these four complaints, its a nice gaming chair for the price. The rest of the assembly instructions were straight foward instructions on how to assemble, and comfortable to sit in as long as you work around these factors.

UPDATE: I reached out to the seller about this issue and was able to get a brand new chair sent to me. Literally the best customer service I have experienced yet through amazon (I haven't had many issues). The seller was very responsive and accommodating, it took 2 days from the time I contacted the seller to receive the replacement chair. I am hoping I will not experience this issue again. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I loved this chair, the lights and massager were very nice BUT the entire arm rest came out of the chair and the other arm rest is loose. I haven’t even had this chair for a month. I am not sure what to do about this issue because in order to fix it I would have to rip a whole in the back of the chair.
