Here Daana offers up a terrifically nuanced, organic iteration delivering sinus-clearing and horseradish-evocative zip and bite, with a richly layered depth and high smoke point (450°F) lending itself to the high heat cooking of complex dishes from South Asia and beyond. Are you the "brown mustard" type or the "yellow mustard" type? Daana's cold-pressed, attractively unrefined mustard oil reflects a delicious brown mustard flavor and color. That said, my needs also require a lighter "yellow mustard" taste profile, as I'm a pescatarian, and my convenience food is a Poor Man's Spicy Tuna Roll Salad (canned tuna, powdered ginger, hot sauce, soy sauce, and a dash of lighter, wasabi-evoking mustard seed oil, with Carrington Farms as my go-to). If I could give 10 stars, I would. I hadn't slept all night because of a cough. I decided to try vicks on my feet. We didn't have any. I decided to try this. I mixed 1 teaspoon of this with 1 teaspoon of caster oil. I put it on my chest and the bottom of my feet under my socks. I slept for hours!
