I use these for my workouts, but if there not in the ankle area correctly they can be a bit uncomfortable. It’s nice that you can remove little weights to adjust the total weight.

These weights are perfect for everyone. Especially for seniors who have fingers that don't grip as well to hold onto conventional weights. I purchased the 2lb weights. This is just enough to strengthen arm movement without straining your muscles or tendons. Easy to put on. Any movement you do is going to help. I highly recommend.

Nice quality but can’t really be used on the wrist as shown in photos. It doesn’t close tight enough for women’s wrist.

It’s okay. Looks great but my issues is putting it on my wrist the prominent bone on outside of wrist gets ribbed. It is fine on legs
