Fantastic Book for Actors and Acting Instructors
Terry Schreiber really delivers the goods in this book. He shares his time-tested approaches to actor training, which can be applied by individual actors or especially by acting instructors looking for some structured plans for training actors. I have never studied with Terry but feel that I can immediately apply the lessons in this book.

Interesting
It's an interesting book that gives you a lot of informations and ideas about the way an acting class can be done. But except for a few exercises, you can't really do anything by yourself. But it is well written, easily understandable, I like it.

Excellent book for actors
Excellent book for actors, directors and teachers….just as the title says. Mr. Schreiber's process and exercises will help guide young actors and experienced actors strengthen a solid foundation for their craft. He is not only a fine teacher and director but also a compassionate human being.

Decent Technique Book
This book is a fine read with some fun and informative exercises to try out, especially the spoon river. Draws on the teaching of several of the master teachers while staying away from being a carbon replica of any one type of technique itself. As with any technique book, there's value in them if you choose to find it. I don't care if you are dead set on one technique being the be all, end all of styles, every book will offer a combination of wisdom and knowledge, at the least a way to offer a comparative voice to the one you currently believe in. Definitely worth picking up.
