This is the tried and true enema bag. I've grown up having this model in my house and still have one today. It has all the accessories you need and the tubes are pretty easy to clean. I use hydrogen peroxide to do this. I remove the insert tip and place it in a cup of peroxide so it can fizzle and sterilize itself while I'm cleaning the other parts. Make sure you use some kind of gentle lubricant on the tip..like coconut oil or olive oil. Also, the hose can have kinks in it so make sure you pinch them in such a way that it unfolds it from when it was packaged. Be sure to hang the bag on a towel bar or something that is higher so gravity can do the work and force the water downward.

I have been doing home enemas for a whe decade, you can't go wrong with this little bag, flushes you out, I find this one in specific to be great plastic material- very durable, easy to hook and honestly, you can't go wrong with the price. Great value for money!!!

This is a good kit for enema. Simple and efficient and very sturdy. I had worries about parasites and been cleansing. Enema once in a while in combination with cleansing foods or pills will seriously improve your health. It's not fun but it works. Rids mucus and biofilms that can build up inside of you. It was easy to set up and use but the clamp didn't stay closed. I had to hold it closed at times. I am a 1st time user, so maybe I just have to get used to it. I bought to try a coffee enema. Other than the clamp issue, it was really simple to use and figure out.
