Not much to say, it helps

Horrible headache the next day. It does work but the half life is short. Bad heat flushing as well. Plenty better choices out there. Not a good quality supplement

There's no quality issues with these tablets and they're small enough that I doubt anyone will have trouble swallowing them with liquid. There was no taste or smell while doing so. If you want try try this combination of supplements this is a reasonable option and the only issue I'd look into is the price at your time of purchase. I think the supplements that come in this blue design are more expensive than getting that same ingredients in other forms, and that you should check carefully what the competition are offering. As long as you're happy to pay the money though, and you want to see if you get any results at al, that's fine.

I'll give 3 stars for 2 reasons first one is there old formula was better faster acting and lasted longer this new formula is not so great they take longer to act even on empty stomach and I don't think they lasted as long as the last formula but saying that blood flow was real good like a baby's arm missus loved it and so will yours if you don't mind waiting a little longer
