I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such a wonderfully aromatic and tasty pepper blend. Much better taste and complexity than plain black peppercorns. The pink salt, is just that…pink and salty 😉

Excellent peppercorn blend. More flavorful than black pepper, works wonderfully in our grinder. The pink salt is nice too. The grains are large enough for the grinder to chip off to desired fineness, giving a nice flake. Definitely seems worth the money for a bit better flavor. It’s asking about mineral content… I am just guessing based on taste here but I would say it’s chock full of sodium chloride.
