Poor heat control. It is nice that it heats up fast, but heat control with the quarter turn dials is a joke. Good grilling is between 450-650F, this grill doesn't have the control necessary to maintain that temp. Jokingly we call it the "Cremator", the grilling surface could be farther from the flame elements and the flame control needs to be more gradual. "Low and Slow" is not possible and using only 1 element leads to very uneven heat.

I have not used this yet so that is why only 4 stars but I like the look and set up of the grill and the fact it has two burners so both direct and indirect cooking can be accomplished. It also appears to be a fairly easy clean up. It is a great size and feels very sturdy for a portable grill.
