I recently received my shipment from Amazon, which included the cutting machine and the heat press. However, the heat press is not working, and we’ve only used it once or twice. What should I do?

I received the circut maker 4 with a eu power plug, I live in Australia how can I get a au power cord to use this machine?

This machine is SO AMAZING! I LOVE IT! I purchased a Silhouette vinyl machine and it was so frustrating and didn't work well. My husband talked me into trying Cricut brand. I didn't have high hopes. I'm not great with the computer, but this machine is almost fool proof! LOL I love crafting and I'm looking forward to many more projects with this Cricut vinyl machine! It came with many samples of vinyl and lots of extras! I was able to start a crafting project right out of the box! Great buy for the money. It's pretty quiet while cutting vinyl. I did pay the extra 95.00 for the years subscription to the Cricut site. It has many fonts and pictures/objects to use on the Cricut. This machine is a million times better than the last vinyl cutting machine I purchased. Very durable so far, I don't forsee having any issues. Loving it! Sorry, you can't see the vinyl letters that clearly, but trust me, it cuts beautifully! Thank you!!!
