Would be great if the tightening mechanism weren’t made of plastic.

Tightening mechanism
Finally took the helmet to work this week and now I can’t adjust the fitting without the ratchet spinning in place. Picture and the video shows the inside piece of the ratchet that broke. Instead of catching each thread when tighten it spins in place. The helmet itself is great quality. Would be great if the tightening mechanism weren’t made of plastic.
