I truly like these supplements I'm able to get my favorite vitamins all in one gummy. Theses supplements are really helpful to me for my overall health. I highly recommend trying these. Surprisingly tastes pretty good 👍🏾

These supplements certainly pack a lot of different things into them. I am not sure I've ever seen a pill with this many things in it! Having said thar, I have done a lot of research on supplements over the years and purity and form (powder, pill, gummy, liquid, etc.) is always something I focus on when it comes to supplement shopping.Some bad news ... many scientists find the extract form of natural ingredients to be much less effective than those found in the pure form of food (fruits, vegetables, fish, etc.) There are few studies (when done correctly) which correlate pills to a huge difference in result.However, if you are someone who likes vitamins and supplements there are a few things to like about this:- A giant collection of natural-ish ingredients which claim a host of different effects. This is similar to a multi-vitamin which packs 'everything you need' into one serving.-It has some interesting ingredients that you don't see in other pills.- It is Made in the USA. Though the supplement industry is widely unregulated in terms of bebefits/claims ... from a safety standpoint, I'd rather take supplements made here ... although the ingredients are sourced from outside the USA.Some potential hesitation points:- Some of the ingredients I don't love and with so many things in there, you are bound to find this. For example, Ashgawandah was the same properties on me that caffeine does. It makes me jittery and sometimes gives me a headache. Burdick is a diuretic and makes me urinate more frequently. Given that after taking these, I feel no different ... I do wonder about the ingredirets' potency/effectiveness.- The packaging looks cheesy, which is like 'judging a book by its cover' ... but when I see graphics like this on a supplement, I am instantly skeptical.Overall, I don't feel or look any different when I have takes these ... and I've been using them for 3 weeks. My digestion, alertness and energy levels all seem the same as before I used it. But, whose to say it is, or is not, working ... which is the issue with expensive supplements. I think this is a good supplement, but sadly I did wish they put in some mushrooms in the supplement like Lion's Maine & Shitaku for extra memory & sharpness.

I have been using these for a bit and have to say they do give a boost. I do like the variety of supplements all wrapped into one pill, however when you have that many in one supplement you may not get enough of anything for them to really work. The ingredeins are all well paired and will work synergistically with one another. I do like this supplelent and have not had any negative side effects, I will continue to take them.

I just got this today. Was really excited to use it, but unfortunately the seal was broken. I want to try it, but think ill hold off for safety reasons and return these if I can, or toss in trash. Better luck next time I guess.
