TLDR: 10/10 would buy again from this seller I bought this drive as "new" 4 months ago for a great price and had no problems until a couple of weeks ago the news articles appeared about fraud with Seagate drives that were new or refurbished but had worked for 25000+ hours. I checked my drive and it too had 26000+ hours in its FARM statistics. I contacted the seller (Digital Emporium Gmbh) and their service department immediately reacted and proposed a replacement drive. They even send it up front, so I could copy the data from the old drive to the new one before returning the old one. So, while the old drive had no problems, I was afraid it could brake down knowing it had worked for 26000 hours (=3 years, 24/7!) The seller fixed this asap. Their communication was flawless and their service excellent. I am a 100% satisfied customer 👍

franchement, comme back up, vous pouvez les yeux fermés acheter ce produit, bon il est vrai que 12 to une fois installé dans mon boitier, en fait 11to!! il est vrai qu'il fait du bruit !! bon et alors!!! mais bon à ce prix là !!!!! il est très facile à installé , et reconnu directement dans mon fantec 4 bay usb 3.0 et petit détail!!! non ce n'est pas une copie Seagate comme écrit plus bas !! ce sont des disques un peu dépassé datant de 2017-2019 bref!! à ce prix! foncé!!

Purchased two of these drives. Immediately ran a full SMART test on both of them, one of them has bad sectors Update: Purchased in Sept-2025, failed Feb-2026

SMART data was wiped, but after surface check the disk behaves as expected.
