It works well!!! But if you use it on like oil paint it kinda clumps up and looks cakey.

I'll start off by saying I'm a member of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. We regularly wear Kabuki style, white face, or clown makeup as part of our Street ministry and art. I always look for different products that can help with putting on my Sister and help keep that face on for as long as an event might last. There are times I will have my face on for 8 hours and it has to look good. This SET IT UP! powder does the trick. It keeps my white face solid all day long. Two of the pictures attached are taken on the same day, about 6 hours apart in different outfits for different events with the same makeup all day long. I both a cream style and a liquid of mehron's clown white makeup. When I use the cream style, and put this powder on, it does a great job. Using the liquid makeup, the powder seems to be a little cakey and really amplifies any wrinkles that nature has given me over the years. No matter what, it presents a smooth finish to the clown white, that I can then lay the decorations down on top of. I have this powder in my subscribe and save, so I'm always in stock. If you're looking for a lightweight setting powder for light colored makeup, this is perfect! Unless it's liquid and you've got character lines....

The specs at the top of the ad say “talc free” but it is NOT talc free. The first ingredient listed is talc. I also found that it does not work well and had to reapply the powder before I’d even finished putting my makeup on. Definitely will not buy again.
