Outstanding as dry rub over oil.
With the exception of my own rubs of course, "BBQ Bro's Rub" are excellent throughout their offerings. You may wish to use Carnola or Avocado oils rather than Olive Oil as prep for sprinkling the rubs, as they run slightly lighter and are free of overt flavor. We like the "Memphis" rub for good quality spare ribs. Cook them at pre-heated 300° for approximately 2 hours. Or follow the company's suggestion for a mix with their "sweet" sauce if you prefer.
