I have atrophied muscles due to Arnold Chiari Malformation of the Brain. Any exercise that involves tensing up my neck muscles is very hard for me to do, it sets off extreme pain in my neck and head. I got this to try and begin to work my abs and arms and legs. For the price, I was not expecting a whole lot to be honest, but this WORKS. It will take a long time to get my muscles back to where they were before but this is a beginning. The intensity goes up a LOT. I did not need to use gel or water to get this to work, which is nice. And even if this stops working after a few months of using it daily, the low price will allow me to get another one to replace the used one. I should have gotten one of these a long time ago!

Product is easy to use and easy to assemble. However it does not do much. It doesn't stick well to the skin and you can barely feel it pulsing you can on its highest setting. Rent for several days to see if there's any difference if I could feel the difference and nothing. I couldn't even feel it pulsing or working until I put my hand on it. Flimsy and a of a waste of money

In the beginning I really liked this product. However, one of the arm bands came with the snaps not lined up properly so I couldn't use it at all. The ab stimulator itself was great, (lots of options and intensity levels) until just a couple days ago. It suddenly lost all intensity.. even with it on the highest setting I could hardly feel it at all. I changed the gel pads, and batteries and it still did not make a difference, and that was conveniently a day after I was eligible to return it

The abs stimulator part works really well; you can really feel the electricity coursing through your abs. The arm pieces, not so much. I find that they come off my skin really easily, so I'll often have to hold them in place while using this part of the product. The storage works really nicely for the product and it's nice that it comes with extra gel pads for later (or mistakes).

While this is no replacement for putting in the actual time required to exercise the ANTOMA Stimulator is effective in helping to supplement your training. Plus it is an added benefit of providing the same benefit of Electrical Stimulation to sore muscles. The only problem I encounter and would caution you with is take your time and pay attention when applying the gel pads because their proper placement is essential.

So overall, don't waste your money. The sticky never work. I had to use a scarf to tie it around me and hold it in place. The remote piece that goes on it pops off. Like clothes that you clip together. The ones you snap. Well this snaps and it snaps off. It doesn't stay snapped on. Also, you just end up not using it. Because of all of the defects. You just stop using it. You do feel your stomach contract but it doesn't work well. There is no way around it. You have to go to the gym. Trust me, I know it sucks. This product is a no go. I am 125lbs and 5'4 and a size 4. I was getting a little pop belly. If I have that, and you have more, this product is not for you. Really, its not for anyone. All the youtube videos are from one type of people. It doesn't work. It is a gimmick and I wasted my money. Don't waste yours.

This is a genuinely a good product. Electrical shocks set in level high are actually strong. This product wont get you abs, but if you work on your diet + exercice and manage to get yourself to a low fat percentage this is a GREAT product to tone your abs with. If you already have visible abs I WOULD RECOMMEND 100%!!

I have used other products like this before and the Antmona Abs stimulator is by far the most cumbersome to use. 1st and foremost NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to assemble. so what happens is all the sticky tabs are ruined trying to first remove them to place on device and then you can’t remove the protective plastic covering so it removes the gel from the tabs, ruining them for use. it was ridiculous. now once the tabs were “in place” i did like the various options and programming. however each cycle doesn’t last long and the buttons are so sensitive to any pressure they turn off.
