Worth the buy
I absolutely love these they give me a boost of energy. I have purchased this item over and over. The quality is worth it. They are tasty. Easy to swallow.

Taste great
I can definitely tell the difference in my mood. Was having issues going through perimenopause and menopause, and they seem to help. Taste great also. They are now part of my daily regimen.

Good flavor
Bought these to help with my milk supply. They seem to be helping in that I have been more consistent in my amounts since I've started taking them. I'm on my second bottle. The first bottle seemed fresher in that the second one the gummies are all stuck together like they are old. They still taste ok but hopefully the next bottle won't be the same way.
