Great buy!
Comfortable to wear - instant relief. After struggling with inserts in my shoes for plantar fasciitis relief, I decided to give these a try - so easy to wear and comfortable for long days on my feet. If I can find them in a nude color I’d buy another pair.

Did not feel good
My 12 year old child, who has flat feet, tried it for one evening and felt discomfort in the miidle of his foot and refusing to wear it. To my observation it squised the foot too much.
