Perfect fit!
Worked perfectly for replacing my stock F-150 low beam dust covers and allowed for the extra space needed to fit over the larger LED headlight bases that the original dust caps wouldn't fit over after initially installing. Simple yet great product to take care of that unforeseen issue and keeps the dust and moisture sealed out of the headlight assemblies as intended.

Finally a dust cap that fits a 2018 Ford F-150! Now let’s see if they keep the moisture out
Needed bigger dust caps for my 2018 Ford F-150 which I installed new LED bulbs for both my lower and high beams in headlight. The factory dust covers are great if you are using factory a Halogen bulbs. LED bulbs with the cooling fans don’t allow the factory flat style caps to seat perfect. With this heavy rain recently my passenger side headlight has been getting moisture. When removing the factory dust caps I’m finding water underneath. Tried other dust caps and they didn’t fit properly, these actually fit with a little hand work behind the fender to access the headlight housing, low beams were harder to install then high beam just simply due to the tightness behind the lamp. Will see if the moisture stops now with these. Also helps with adding room behind the LED bulbs cooling fans so now they can breath alittle bit. Since heat is an LED’S worst Enemy! Hopefully these will keep moisture out! As for fitting on a 2018 Ford F-150, these 83mm fit great! Don’t even have to use any tie wraps with these, once there on they aren’t going anywhere. 6/29/19 Update: these rubber dust caps work!! I had water moisture in my left headlight due to oem caps not sealing enough due to the extended cooling fan on my LED light bulbs. These caps sealed so good they caused the moisture not to escape! Had to remove and let the moisture dry first then reinstalled caps. After that the headlights have not gotten any moisture in them since even through heavy rain or car washing. Also allow better airflow for cooling fans on my LEDs which I have in both high and low beams. Worth every dollar they cost. Update 7/20/19: have had these dust caps for awhile now on my 2018 Ford F-150. In the beginning I was getting even more moisture in my headlights but that’s because these dust caps were working so well and I had moisture in the headlights still from when I had my oem dust caps. So I had to take them off and let the headlights dry completely, then reinstall the dust caps. Once I did that I have not had any moisture what so ever! And it’s raining season in Florida and I am constantly washing my truck. I use to get moisture in then all the time due to my upgraded LED bulbs which are bigger then oem bulbs and were causing the dust caps to not stay on completely letting in some water. Not the cause now.

Flange aka Ears.
I thought I was buying the one I see in the picture in the ad. However the ones I got have no ears on them, it’s just a cup to cover the 3 1/2” opening. It fits, but I would’ve liked to have the flange/ears in case I had to replace the headlights. It would be easier to take off, if I needed too. Other than that, I guess it’s ok for the price

2018 F150
Exactly what I was looking for. Fit my 2018 f150. OEM covers wouldn’t fit after I installed LED bulbs, these covers mount on the outside of the housing and worked perfect

Fit perfectly
This fit my 2015 Ford F-150 XL perfectly. I put in LEDs, found the old rubber housing didn’t fit, and ordered these. Thank you.

83 mm fit my high and low beams for my 2015 Ford F 150.
These are a must if you are putting LED headlights in a 2015 Ford F 150. It was a little tricky to get on. Start at the top and then slide it down to apply. The 83 mm fit the high and low beams. The covers will allow you more breathing room for the LED fans. If you want an extra layer of protection I put a thin film of silicone around the edge then install. This not only ensures that the dust cover stays on but it also makes an airtight seal to keep out dust and moisture.

Boot rim too soft but works
Was able to install one side but not the other. I was installing them on my 2017 F150 through the tire well. I found the rim of these boots too soft which made installation difficult unlike factor boots. It took a long time to install one side and after almost an hour I gave up on the other side. These items would still work if you remove the whole front assembly then remove headlight assembly. So maybe one day I will do that.

On my vehicle I believe my headlight required a slightly smaller size mm boot, however I simply put on a 14inch zip tie and it's on very tight now. On my vehicle a 2002 Chev Impala, there was no room for the boot to fit when the headlight assembly was returned to the vehicle, the boot housing was pushed in considerably on one side and a lesser amount on the other. I am happy with shipping speeds.

Were horrible to get on as they don’t have the second grove to help in sealing to back of light enclosure like the oem dust covers. They don’t seal good at all had fully dried out existing moisture and went for a drive in the rain for 10 minutes and light housing had moisture when got back

Bought these 83mm dust caps to replace the OEM dust caps on a 2017 F150 as the OEM dust caps would not fit back on after installing Auxito's Low Beam H11/H8 LED Bulbs. The Auxito LED bulbs fit too close to the headlight assembly's bulb access inside rim. The Kootoom dust caps fit gripping the outside of the rim whereas the OEM gripped on the inside. The Kootoom caps were hard to put on (probably do to the thinner rubber construction) and ironically didn't seem as secure once on so I installed a zip tie around their circumference to ensure they stay in place. The Kootoom I received came compressed in a small cardboard box but popped back to there intended shape without issue. There are no outside pull tabs as pictured in the Amazon listing. 4 1/2 stars.
