Winner! I clean professionally so I have tried many, many cleaning products, vacs, mops, etc. looking for efficient, durable, quality items that don't break the bank. Well this steamer is a definite yes. Quickly assembled in 3 steps. I plugged it in b4 putting the cleaning pad on thinking it would take a minute to heat up....wrong. This baby was hissing within 20 seconds ready to roll. The cord is very generous and I did the whole house using only 2 electrical outlets. The water compartment is also generous and I did not have to refill it to get thru the job. The cleaning pads are nice and thick. They attach firmly to the vac by velcro and I did not experience any "wrinkling" of the pad while using. Furthermore, the handle lays flat so you're able to get under beds and other furniture. The head swivels allowing you to reach tight areas at a sideways angle. This steam vac is well worth 5 stars. Affordable. Lightweight. Efficient. Not one single complaint do i have.

Absolutely love this compact, lightweight, steam floor cleaner. I live in the city and wanted a device that would make cleaning my concrete floors easy to keep sanitized and clean. This machine is easy to use, steam begins working in 30 seconds. No chemicals necessary and if you have pets this is an important feature. Plus the floor drys and feels really clean within a few minutes. Note that its recommended to use distilled water. ( simply fill up a water canister with tap water and leave it out for 24 hours to create a distilled water) Also I have not used this on carpets as yet.

I used this floor steamer for the first time & found it performed well on our laminate floors that have ridges & a 30-hr liquid resistance. Easy assembly; love how quickly it heats up; light-weight; due to cord length (& probably electrical codes) it needs to be plugged in at other locations, so wear socks; plenty of steam is produced to clean the ridged flooring; you can see how much water is in the reservoir; microfiber pad is easy on/off but depending on how large an area you're cleaning, you'll need to change it; love the swivel head and its low profile. My old steamer came with a rubber pad to rest the steamer on while heating up or changing locations, so I'm using it with this steamer too. I recommend the mfg'r include one. Since this was the first use, I'm giving it a 4 . . . will review again after a few months of using it.

Perfect little steamer. Our entry way is always super dirty due to the dogs doing the in/out thing all the time. This tiny thing cleans the floor really well. Its easy to maneuver but I wish the head would turn a little bit more for a more angled for getting in tight spaces.

works great. lightweight steam mop that gets hotter and produces more steam than my previous bissell steam mop. overall no complaints.

Does a great job cleaning but cheap plastic for the handle. After only 2 months using this steam mop just 4 times the plastic handle broke off.

This steam mop is light-weight so easy on the back. It makes a ton of steam. Moves smoothly on tile. It is modestly price. And I like the long neck on the filler container. OK so much for the plus side. On the minus side -only one speed and puts out so much steam I don't think it is safe on wood floors. -you have to step on the base to tilt the handle -the cord is too short and constantly needs moving -I hate the style of plug which only fits in the bottom half of a 2 plug outlet -the cleaning pads are too smooth to really provide a scrubbing surface.

This steam mop is lightweight, easy to use, and cleans tile floors in an exceptional way. With a small amount of water, the mop steamed for an entire kitchen floor. I would greatly recommend.
