I was thrilled to find half sheet size printed macaron parchment paper. I teach macaron classes and Katbite Macaron Parchment Templates are so easy to use. Students don’t have to worry about paper templates sliding around under their parchment paper when piping. The macarons easily release from the parchment when baked and make a beautiful bottom ready for filling. I don’t plan to go back to paper templates under sheets of parchment. Katbite macaron parchment templates are far superior for making macarons. Even first time macaron bakers are successful! Will definitely be buying more!

I love these. Having a roll of parchment paper is nice, but I'm really good at tearing it or making it the wrong size. These sheets perfectly the smallest pan I have and can two sheets can be used for larger ones. I was kinda iffy at first. Then I pulled the first sheet out, placed it on the tray and there's no need to cut of excess or leave it hanging over. These have a higher heat rating than the rolls I usually use too. I'm a fan. Update on these: I purchased them this past May. February is almost over and it's time to order more. They've been a big help when roasting just about anything. Even reheating pizza or sandwiches is easier with these compared to cheese melting on foil. I feel lazy when I use these because I just take a sheet or two out and plop it on the tray. Yep, I'm still a fan.

These are the best parchment paper I have ever used. I use them consistently for roasting, baking and wrapping cheese. I love the ease of keeping them an how easily it is to pull one out each time. I will and have continued to buy these.

This paper is a very good value; less sheets needed due to large size. Made a nice presentation in the box for my baked goods. I would purchase again.

This Parchment paper works great and makes a lovely rustic-looking cone for French fries. However, it's about an inch smaller (all the way around) than the professssionalhalf-sheet pans these papers are MENT TO FIT! These SHOUD fit, according to the description on the product's page. If this paper had actually fit my professional half-sheet pans, without gaps, it would have been a five-star review.

It’s so wonderful that these are safe to use in baking! I cut them into quarters and fitted them over a can (Nurri Protein Shake from Sam’s made the perfect size) and formed them into muffin liners. It made the muffins look professional!
