Exact replacement needs for 20 year old fixture
Have the connections on the ends of the ballast rather than underneath. Saved replacement of 18 fixtures at our church. Easy color coded wiring, but if all all uneasy with the installation hire an electrcian and let him know the replacement can be purchased from Amazon.

Replacement ballasts that have multiple mounting options and all needed parts included. How they they last I don't know yet- that's why the 4 stars instead of 5. The first ones I installed were put in apprx three years ago in a multi-use building averaging 3-4 hours of use per day and so far no problems.
