ugh.
Product does not grip the head tightly, which is a problem. No grip. Loose and floppy. No way to adjust this. I have had to use a cloth headband to hold it on... The sound quality is ok.

Good Sound
The transcription headset is great. The sound is really good, much better than my previous 1-ear headset. However, they are not particularly comfortable in my ears.

Really uncomfortable, they kept on falling off my ears. They also were too big for my ears. I had to return them, I just went back to normal headphones for my transcriptions.

Very cheaply made, falls apart easily.
