This device has been a fantastic addition to our daily routine. The 6 programmable buttons are the perfect 'starter' amount—not too overwhelming, but enough to cover basic needs like 'water,' 'bathroom,' or 'all done.' The recording process is incredibly easy and the audio is surprisingly clear. I also appreciate the adjustable volume, as some environments are much louder than others. It’s durable enough for kids but looks professional enough for adult rehab too. A total win for non-verbal communication!

It does exactly as it says. The volume is kind of low even when at full max. Having 6 buttons you can reprogram does come in handy. It makes the item more customizable. It doesn't beat a real AAC device but it's a good runner up.

Good quality, not heavy, like the customizable recording buttons, most importantly gives nonverbal people a voice. My cons were: a little big for four year old hands, sound could be louder, should add words by pictures, and a little easier to push the buttons.

This AAC device works great when my son’s novachat is charging or when the novachat is just too big and bulky to run errands or when he leaves the novachat at school. The sound is adjustable which is nice for when we are out and about vs being at home. It’s easy to use and a great price.

Really love this for my children with special needs. Helps my non verbal kiddo a lot. Bigger than expected in a good way but still travel friendly. Feels sturdy and well made. He uses at home and more so in public when he needs or feels something. It gives him a voice at times when he may not use his or makes him comfortable to express his own! What you get overall at this price?… I’ve already recommended it to a special needs teacher. Thanks for making a great product!!!!! ❤️🙏

I got this for someone with mobility issues and who is non verbal. They are still able to use their arms and hands at a normal level but unfortunately the buttons on this are very difficult to push. The volume is also some what low on the highest setting. The concept is great. And it’s a good option for those who need something budget friendly. It just didn’t quite serve its purpose for us due to the above mentioned.

My non verbal autistic child has a very expensive AAC device but it is very bulky . We are using this for outings and it is proving to be a great communication tool .

Disappointed in this device. Sound volume is very poor, have to hold device close to your ear and still can barely hear it,even turning up volume to maximise level does not help. Waste of money buying this.

absolutely brilliant little device, so much better than expected - my non-speaking 4yr old is autistic and absolutely loves it and it has been so helpful in moments where she is overwhelmed but unable to express what she wants or needs. really easy to record 6 of your own expressions too that are more suited to your own child. superb value for money. would highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t have access to the higher end products available!

The Joy Reel 24 button remote has been an absolute game changer for us. My son is nonverbal, and this device has given him a way to finally express himself in a way that’s simple and effective.
