Perfect for exterior wifi Extenders
Thrilled with this product. It is small enough to fit in the weather-secured exterior box at my home and provides enough power to run the wifi extenders. Very pleased.

This works as a POE for Wyze V3 Cam
This is the right model if you are trying to use this as a POE injector for your Wyze V3 Cam.

Works fine for POE security cameras.
This product has a solid weight and feels like it's good build quality. Very simple devices, and worked with no hassle to power two remote Poe cameras (one on each camera) that were in locations a CAT5 strait run wasn't possible. Doesn't seem to affect speed. I only need enough bandwidth for 4 megapixel cameras.

Worked as expected
I was adding a POE webcam to my house and didn't have POE at all yet. I wanted a simple injector like this to get the camera (REOLINK 410) working. This was simple and perfect. I plugged it in, plugged my network cable in one side, and the camera into the other. It injected power and the camera 'just worked'. Awesome solution. One thing to note..this came with 2. You only need one to do POE injection..it just adds power. So this gives you 2 solutions for a really reasonable price.

The product arrived. Had no instructions. Did not work.
The product arrived. Had no instructions. Did not work. Not sure if I am doing something wrong, but i swapped cables, tried everything. Did not see a place I can go to either for help.

Great for Ring Security Camera
Purchased a set for my Ring camera set up. I have one camera set up as a POE and the other on WiFi. I haven’t noticed any lag or performance issues in the 3 months I’ve had them.

Excellent for POE Testing
I used these to test some POE equipment on my desk, and they worked well. You can't beat the price.

As others have mentioned, these are unequivocally NOT 802.3af PoE injectors. What they are is old-fashioned passive PoE injectors that support 100mbit/s data speeds running on two twisted pairs and expect the outer pairs to be unused. Having said that, the 802.3af standard was intended to make 802.3af power-receivers backwards-compatible with passive PoE. That means that you CAN use this 48V passive injector to provide power to an 802.3af device or splitter as long as you are happy with 100mbit/s data speeds. As passive PoE injectors, they're actually quite decent. They're compact, functional and very-reasonably priced. If it weren't for the deceptive product name and description, I would have given them 5 stars. The major downsides to passive PoE (as compared to 802.3af) are of course the incompatibility with gigabit and faster networking, the increased fire hazard, and the fact that if you connect the "Data & Power" port on one of these to an non-PoE device then you're likely to damage the device or short out the injector.
