Magnesium supplement with good absorption rate by the body..aids sleep

This Magnesium Glycinate 500mg (chelated form) has been very good for both my husband and me. We have been using it consistently and the difference compared to our previous magnesium is very noticeable. Before switching to this one, we were taking a weaker form of magnesium, but it didn’t seem to absorb well and the results were minimal. Since there are many different types of magnesium, this form clearly works much better for us. After starting this supplement, we noticed better sleep quality, falling asleep more easily and feeling more rested.
