BILLY Footwear Girl's MDR Classic (Little Kid/Big Kid)

I purchased these high tops for my toddler to wear on picture day, and they were an instant hit! As soon as she saw them, she excitedly named them her “Tab Time” shoes, and they’ve been a favorite ever since. The shoes are clearly designed with toddlers in mind. They were comfortable for her to wear all day, and the unique design made it easy for her to take them off and put them on by herself. If you have a toddler, you know how important it is to foster independence—and these shoes support that beautifully. Not only are they stylish and perfect for special occasions like picture day, but they also hold up well for everyday wear. After years of fighting getting shoes on over my son's orthotics, I finally found these. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! them. Not only are they easy to get on they are stylish and very reasonably priced. Elevated prices for adaptive equipment and clothing is what I usually see. Kudos to you for keeping the prices affordable.

I unfortunately have had a terrible experience with Billy Footwear. My seven year old son requires SMO’s (foot/ankle braces) and it has been nothing short of utter mystery attempting to locate a pair of shoes wide enough to accommodate them. I first ordered two pairs (indoor/outdoor) directly from Billy Footwear in a size 5 extra wide following their size chart provided. Because we live in Canada 🇨🇦 we had to pay $100 to have them shipped in under a months time. Already not impressed. When the shoes arrived, they were SO huge it was laughable. My son put them on and cried saying “these are clown shoes!” Not only were they ridiculously large in both length and width but the zipper was so rigid it was difficult for even the adults in the house to zip up. Our son was not able to do so which defeats the purpose of the shoes entirely. We sent the shoes back at our expense and are awaiting a refund (which will not include the shipping in either direction). Feeling very downhearted we thought that maybe ordering a size down in both length and width would do the trick. We searched on Amazon Canada but couldn’t find his size so we went looking on the American Amazon web site and we’re in luck. We figured ordering from there would be better due to the fact that if the shoes by chance did not fit, Amazon would at least provide pre paid return shipping. Thank you Amazon! The shoes (two pairs) arrived in one size smaller in both size and width. The shoes were SO small that we couldn’t even fit our sons braces inside them at all. It also needs to be said that the zipper issue with the first pair was not an isolated incident as these shoes also had zippers unusable by our almost eight year old child. Very stiff, rigid and was already showing signs of wear. We love the concept of the shoes but the execution was awful to say the least. Following the size chart proved to provide incorrect sizing. We lost $200 in shipping with BILLY FOOTWEAR. The quality of the product was subpar. My son is left with zero options and in turn cannot wear his much needed ankle/foot braces. A bad experience all around. The only positive here is that at least Amazon didn’t charge us an arm and a leg for shipping. Buyer beware!!

Great product be carwful and measure the foot with braces carefully but very good

These are great. They are so easy to put on. We never have to fix a folded heel anymore.

These seem to be the best shoes for AFO users. We had to size up and get extra wide for them to fit for our 2 year old. They do fit the braces comfortably after doing this! Disappointed that for the price after about a month of use, the rubber sole is separating from the shoe. I was worried they’d be too heavy for her to walk in as she’s small, but she is adjusting well to them

unfortunately, the shoes were too big for the girl I ordered it for. I returned it and got my money back. I re ordered an other pair and those one were the right size. I really like the feature of having the zipper.

Excelente calzado, mi hijo utiliza una férula en un pie, y para él es muy cómodo ponerse y quitarse el calzado. Muy buena calidad.

I am very happy with this purchase. These trainers are great for people that wear splints. I chose a brilliant colour for my daughter, they do take a little longer to arrive. But worth the wait.
