Too much to say about this gps tracker that can track globally. Great cost but the subscription is over 130 dollars and they only offer an annual plan. Gives me piece of mind because even though my pit doesn’t run off at all when I open the door she still could be stolen because she is a beautiful dog with a unique reverse brindle coat and she is also 15 so the health monitoring is great. The battery life last a long time and the fit is great on her. Not great sound quality it is kind of bad because the volume is low for the chime noise it makes to help find her easier if she were lost or stolen plus there is no way to control the volume. Signal strength is great most of the time especially outside but inside some time it can’t get a live location of her.

This tracker works like a charm. It accurately reports the dog's location quite closely. By default it samples the location every 5 minutes, which saves battery and makes it last. If you need more detail location info you can run it at higher sampling rates temporarily. It has an amazing feature for if you lost your dog: once you are in the vicinity by looking at the location on the map (in your phone app), you can trigger a sound alarm to find the dog, or a light flashing if you are searching at night. Great product and the app works well. The feature of setting safety zones (with alarms if the dog leaves) is fantastic and works very well.

Had one of their old models for years for our old dog who passed. New puppy, new tracker. And I love this new tracker. Much easier to charge, secure on the dog's collar, and the app works great. Subscription isn't expensive and this has been a lifesaver, literally when our puppy got away. Could track her to within a few feet and saved us tons of time and effort searching for her. Would recommend for any dog owner!

After using the Tractive Smart Dog GPS Tracker for about two weeks, I must say it delivers solid performance and a good range of features for my dog’s safety. The GPS tracking is accurate and updates frequently, which gives me peace of mind when my dog is out playing. The virtual fence function works well, alerting me immediately if my dog leaves the designated safe zone, and the heart and respiratory rate monitoring is a valuable health addition that I haven’t seen in many other devices. The bark monitoring also provides useful insights on my dog’s behavior. The collar attachment in brown is sturdy and fits securely without causing discomfort. Battery life has been impressive too—I only need to charge it occasionally despite daily use. The app interface is user-friendly, making it easy to check live locations and past routes. However, one inconvenience appeared right at the start: the requirement to commit to at least a one-year subscription plan. I wish Tractive offered more flexible options like monthly plans, especially for those wanting to try the device for short periods. This feels a bit restrictive given the device’s price and functionality.

First of all, this product has almost zero customer support. you can email them and they might get back to you in 4-5 days. The email I received from them says they have no telephone support. Not a good way to take care of your customers. The app is not user friendly, while setting up my safe zone (which is 3 acres, I kept getting an error saying the zone was too small. The other day, I got 16 notices saying my pet left the safe zone and then entered back in the safe zone while the tracker was sitting on the coffee table. the track is not even close to accurate. I walked the fence line of my 3 acre property and when I got back in the house and opened the app, it showed I went to my neighbors house and straight back. Another test, I went around the block and it showed I went 2 houses down to the corner and straight back. There is a delay of 4-5 minutes when my pet leaves the safe / power saving zone to receive a notification. With the app open while walking around the yard, it is accurate and I get immediate notifications once it leaves the safe zone. I do not have time to keep the app open all day long to watch my pet. My yard is fenced and my pet keeps getting out. I bought this product to track my pet to find out where she is getting out, but your product does not work as advertised. I don’t know how this product has so many 5 star ratings.

Love this system! It’s pretty accurate to about 10 meters. After a few months the battery needs to be charged a lot. I️ woukd say that is the only thing that needs improvement. But the app is great, lots of options and ways to use it. Would definitely recommend. Gives me a lot of peace of mind.

Love it, my girl is an escape artist so this is a must! Easy to set up, sound quality good the beeps it makes are helpful because my girl is camo colored so it helps to find her! Gos tracking is accurate. It's not heavy and doesn't impede my girl (40lbs). Battery life can be finicky. Battery lasts well if the tracker is able to position itself to the gps function well. Meaning if your pup is always inside the tracker will jump locations meaning its trying to position itself, that drains the battery. But if your pup is out and about often theres no battery problemsm

Highly Recommend. So glad I chose this tracker among others. Definitely gives me a piece of mind. It has so many features too besides just tracking location. If. would need another I will buy this brand and from this seller again

Vi har använt oss av denna produkten i cirka fem (5) år och är mycket nöjda. Om någon av våra hundar går lösa och exempelvis avviker från trädgården så får vi ett sms att vovven lämnat det virituella staketet. Sedan kan vi lätt lokalisera var vår hund befinner sig och påkalla hjälp om vi själva inte är i närheten av bostaden.
