Amazon Basics Tape Measure - 4.8 m, Pink

I am well impressed with this retactable measure, it is a great length, numbers very clear in inches and millimetres and has a good width & weight to the measure i love the turquoise colour, this has replaced one that has just disappeared!!! I find the quality & ease of use with and without the locking mechanism very smooth & retracts with the slight touch of the button very fast. The build quality, readability and grip of the measure are fantastic and along with the very reasonable price, makes this a no brainer purchase. I fully recommend

Fabulous little tape measure!! Feels nice and comfortable to hold. It's also great quality for the price, love how easy it is to pull out and retract, the tape it's self is much stronger than I expected. I got it in pink as I know my hubby won't want to take it to work and lose it like he has all my others!! Really happy with my purchase, I'm sure it will last a long time.

I bought 2 different tapemeasures and this is the best by far. It is not heavy or chunky so is easy to handle. Unlike most metal tapemeasures I've used, where is glides freely unless you press a button or switch, this one is more like the soft round ones, where as you pull it out it automatically locks and won't let it retract. You can then pull it out more and it will keep some tension on so it doesn't snap back. Then once you want to retract the tape measure you push the button and it goes back in. Also it's an easy button to press and at a good angle, not a switch requiring a lot of force like some others I've used. I also like the different colours that stand out amongst the sea of other yellow metal tapemeasures. The only downside is that the strap is pretty flimsy and past experience says it liley won't survive long. Due to how it's built the strap isn't easy to replace, so I will have to thread a new one through once it breaks. Unlike other tapemeasures that often have a screw where the strap attached so it's easy to swap out. Overall it's a very good tapemeasures that requires very little force to opperate and at £4 I could not be happier.

It's a very good tape measure, I bought it for my wife and she loves it, it's easy to see the figures and it retracts easily and now she won't always be using mine and losing it, so a good thing all round. oh she says to mention that the colour is lovely,and that's what attracted her to it in the first place!!

Really great colour so stands out at work so I can recognise it's mine dies what it was it does. Brilliant price to would highly recommend

A gift for my daughter who was over the moon because it was pink! She would have liked the retractable measuring part to be pink too though but it’s yellow. It works well and is good quality.

Very good measuring tape and mh fav girlie colour pink. Measured veth well and sticks to the distance .

This is so cute. Not heavy, and works well. The retractable option much better than others I have used in the past.

This tape measure has a belt clip and also comes with a lanyard, I really like this turquoise color, very unique It works in reverse to other tape measures, it automatically locks in place as you pull out the tape and you hit the button when you want it to recoil back in, I like this alot more then how its typically done. Would definatly recommend this item
