Mixes well, good value.
If you're serious about your hydration and electrolytes, then is is definitely for you. At just under £30, I think it's good value. You've got 30 servings per container, so roughly a month's worth. You take half a scoop (the scoop is included) how much water? Maybe I missed that in the marketing descriptions, but I use 500ml per half a scoop. This particular one I got is unflavoured, once mixed there's a SLIGHT salt taste. It mixes well and there's no grim or grit at the bottom when I've finished. Ingredients are: Himalayan fine pink salt, which is good for promoting better health, including improved digestion, improved circulation, and better hydration. It can also help to reduce stress, improve mood, and even support bone health. Magnesium malate which is has the potential to support energy production and muscle health. Potassium chloride which is good for supporting heart health by helping regulate your heartbeat and lowering blood pressure. And all of these combined boost your hydration, so definitely ideal for pre & post workout. A very good product. I think I'll try a flavour next time, though.

Unflavoured has a vile taste
I ordered the unflavoured option after reading negative reviews of the flavoured ones. They say it's unflavoured but there is a taste and it's vile. I couldn't even mix it with other beverages, the taste is so strong. Dissapointed.

Pure, No‑Nonsense Electrolytes That Mix Easily with Anything
I’ve been using the unflavoured version of the Ultimate Electrolytes Powder from Love Life Supplements, and it’s perfect if you want a clean, flexible hydration option without any sweetness or added flavour. The formula is strong and well‑balanced—500mg sodium, 500mg potassium, and 150mg magnesium per serving—so it delivers exactly what you need for hydration, muscle function, and recovery. Because it’s unflavoured, it mixes seamlessly into water, juice, smoothies, or even pre‑workout without changing the taste. It dissolves quickly and doesn’t leave any gritty texture, which is ideal if you prefer a neutral drink or want to pair it with your own flavours. Performance‑wise, it’s excellent. I’ve noticed better hydration during long training sessions, fewer cramps, and more stable energy throughout the day. It’s also great for sauna use, fasting, or anyone following low‑carb or keto diets where electrolytes can drop quickly. The formula is clean—zero sugar, vegan, and made with Himalayan salt for a natural mineral profile. With 30 servings per tub, it’s solid value for a high‑strength electrolyte blend. If you want maximum flexibility and a pure, effective electrolyte supplement without any added flavouring, the unflavoured version is a fantastic choice.

Unflavoured but cloudy
I have owned/tried several different flavours and brands of similar electrolyte powders within the last 12-18 months. This is my first from brand "LOVE LIFE SUPPLEMENTS" and is also my first crack at an unflavoured powder. Thinking ahead, before I've even tried it I like the idea of an unflavoured powder. I am a big squash/cordial drinker even as an adult man (hey whatever helps keep me hydrated is a good thing, right?!) and I could potentially add this unflavoured mix to any drink within reason and not even notice it is there. Having said that, I will be mixing it with plain water to begin with because I want to test if it is truly flavourless and also if it makes the water cloudy and how much (if any) residue is left behind. So here we go I open the little plastic tub. It's a lot smaller than I'm used to with products of this nature. It has a screw top lid and there is a protective seal that must be removed before first use. Inside I see there is a scoop and the powder itself is a fluffy, plain white powder. Instructions state to use half a scoop with 500ml of water. That is perfect as I was about to use a pint glass anyway. I add the powder and also use a drinks stirrer to help mix the powder in. Unfortunately the water has turned a cloudy white/grey colour. I say "unfortunately" because this has put paid to my hopes of mixing this with cordial or what have you. Taste wise I would say that yes, it is pretty much unflavoured. There's something there, my water doesn't taste exactly like regular water, but the flavour is definitely very mild. More of a saltiness perhaps...? Anyway one good thing about using such little powder from such a little tub is that there was no residue left at the bottom of the glass when I was done, which was pleasing to me. Overall the drink was fine. That's the thing really - can an unflavoured drink ever be anything more than middle of the road? With regards to health benefits or claims made by the company I cannot say one way or the other. The drink is new to me and only a little tub anyway. I think perhaps it would take a more serious regiment of taking the product to say any potential benefits, but that's a speculative opinion not a statement of fact.
