SHOKZ products are great! Love this headset for work and driving !
I love SHOKZ headphones and this headset does not disappoint. You can have it plugged in and recharge while using it which is fantastic! Long battery life! Great sound quality and noise canceling and boom mic is easy to swing out of the way or an easy to use mute button. They do have a bit of a novel design that might not be for everyone but I have been very happy with this headset and SHOKZ in general. I have purchased multiple pairs of headphones and I put them through extreme use and will buy more when I wear them out or break them. Comfortable fit too!

Fantastic Mic Quality, Versatile Connectivity, and Comfortable Fit
I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the SHOKZ OpenMeet UC. The mic quality when connected via the Loop 120 USB-C dongle is outstanding—full-bodied, natural, and remarkably clear. If a broadcast mic is a 10 and AirPods Pro are a 4, I’d confidently rate this an 8. It’s more than good enough for video conferencing and sales calls. A nice bonus: the USB-C dongle works flawlessly with my iPad Pro and iPad Mini. It’s instantly recognized as both a mic and headphone device—no setup needed. That kind of plug-and-play compatibility is rare and really appreciated. I also tested Bluetooth with Apple TV for FaceTime and Zoom, and it worked without a hitch. Just keep in mind that mic audio over Bluetooth is a notch or two below the wired dongle experience. That’s a Bluetooth limitation, not the headset’s fault. One last note—some reviews mentioned the headset falling off easily, but that wasn’t my experience at all. It stayed secure during normal use with no issues. Overall, this is a well-designed, great-sounding, and highly functional headset. Highly recommend for remote work, meetings, and media use.

Do not buy this headset!
Do NOT buy these. I'm a huge SHOKZ fan. I've convinced several friends and coworkers to buy SHOKZ because of their quality and comfort. I've even gifted different pairs to loved ones for birthdays and holidays. So my base line is SHOKZ is just the best. I bought this pair for myself for my birthday. I was really excited about this developing technology. I wanted so badly to absolutely love this headset. Truth is they are the most uncomfortable headset I've ever put on. The technology isn't here yet. The entire headset needs a full redesign with actual ergonomics included. This headset won't stay on my head unless I wear a headband to hold the headset in place. Do not look down when you're wearing this. Most especially do not wear them to the bathroom because when you take aim, they will take flight. I've narrowly escaped a submerged headset twice. If I ever made that mistake again the toilet can have them. The audio is nice but not there yet. Still needs development with the lows but they have great mids. The inline mute on the mic is extremely appreciated. But the few narrow improvements do not make up for the absurdity in the discomfort. I literally despise wearing this headset and went back to my Open Com UC. In short this headset is a massive failure and a complete and total waste of money. Do not buy this headset unless you just want to be miserable wearing it.

Uncomfortable and surround is too loud
Pros: Comfort & Fit: Lightweight and fits well. Different size options included for adjustments. Call Quality & Noise Cancellation: Excellent call quality with no complaints from callers. Effectively blocks out loud mechanical keyboard noise. Connectivity: Simultaneous connection to both Windows PC and phone. Easy transition from listening to music to answering calls. No connection issues experienced. Sound Quality: Decent sound, better than expected. Great for calls, though not bass-heavy for music. Cons: Comfort & Fit: Sideways pressure on temples causes some discomfort, even after adjustments. Mic Positioning & Mute Functionality: Mic cannot be switched to the other side, which is inconvenient for right-handed users. Mute button placement on the mic is not easily accessible. No quick mic flip-to-mute option; button must be pressed. Annoying "mute on" voice notification instead of a simple sound cue. Volume Control: Headset volume operates independently from the computer, causing inconsistency. Requires manual adjustment in the Windows volume mixer to fully mute. Software Limitations: Settings can only be accessed via the mobile app; no Windows app available. No keyboard shortcut support for muting; relies on the softphone switch instead. Environmental Noise Issues: Because this headset is designed to allow you to hear your environment, it does not work well if there are other noises that you are trying to avoid hearing. Since I live near an airport and have a washing machine right outside my door, I thought the benefit of hearing my family would be helpful, but it has turned out to be a distraction, and I can't focus at all now.

Great and not so great...
I wear glasses and am on the phone all day for work. I wanted a headset that wouldn't be on or in my ears and would put pressure on my ears, mashing my glasses into the side of my head. Pros: These are fairly light and the bone conduction is awesome. Sound is great and I can be heard already when I speak. ZERO pressure on or around my ears. The headset completely clears the temples on my glasses. Cons: The worst thing about this headset is it falls off super easy with even the slightest head tilt forward. This is frustrating when I have to look down etc. Secondly, I have to wear the headset at it's shortest settings this causes the stiff wire that goes around the headband to bunch out and put pressure on my scalp. This is very uncomfortable after several hours. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and enjoy wearing this lightweight, bone conducting headset.

Great if you never move your head, bad for bald folks
If you are follicly challenged, your hair went to get milk, or it went to be with its ex wife like my dad did — these might not work for you. There are a lot of complaints about fit on these, and rightfully so. One thing I noticed though is all these folks have hair, which isn’t necessarily representative of the bald struggle — so I thought I’d still give these a try. Loved my Shokz Opencomm, so why wouldn’t I like the open meet? Upon opening them the quality is there - the case they came in, the quality of the headphones themselves — all what you would expect from Shokz. So I got them connected to my work laptop and hopped on our morning standup. Sound quality is better what you would expect from bone conduction headphones, but they are much bigger than the opencomms, so this checks out. I’m a bit of a pacer though and have a standing desk, and that is where I started noticing problems. When I would move my head to check my second monitor I would feel the band start to slip. If I tilted my head backwards or forward they would just fall off. I would love to recommend these because the idea and concept is revolutionary — but until they sort the fit issues I can’t recommend them.

Great headset!
This headset is incredible! I had a tough time replacing my Poly Voyager earpiece because I couldn’t find anything else that could effectively reduce background noise like the Poly. However, this headset performs just as well, if not better, and allows me to hear my surroundings or switch to my Shoks dots or Bose Open Ultras to listen to another device without having to mute one headset to answer a call on another. One of the standout features of this headset is its comfort. It doesn’t squish your head, making it very light and comfortable to wear, even with glasses. I haven’t encountered any issues with it. While they may seem cheap due to their lightweight design, they’re perfect for those who use them for work and regularly wear them for 11-12 hours or more. They also don’t fall off easily during regular wear, but if you’re bopping your head back and forth, they’re going to come loose because they’re not as snug as a typical over-ear headset. Overall, they last all day and I highly recommend them. They’re user-friendly and have excellent microphone quality.

Game changer for calls and comfort
I recently tried the new Shokz OpenMeet bone conduction headset, and I’m genuinely impressed! The lightweight design and open-ear comfort make it perfect for long calls without any ear fatigue. The sound clarity is outstanding—voices come through crisp and natural, even in noisy environments. The noise-canceling microphone does a fantastic job of filtering out background noise, ensuring that the person on the other end hears you clearly. Battery life is solid, lasting through multiple meetings without needing a recharge. Plus, the Bluetooth connectivity is seamless, with no noticeable lag or dropouts. If you need a reliable, comfortable headset for work calls or online meetings, Shokz OpenMeet is definitely worth it!
