Bought it to replace a rubbish Lidle sealer. This is a cut above, easy to operate, great build and works so well.

It came with enough different sizes/styles that I can tailor it perfectly to each task. And refills are readily available here on Amazon. Last but not least—the instructions are crystal clear. They’re easy to read, with helpful illustrations and step-by-step guidance. Everything made sense right away, so I was never left guessing or having to search online for help. All in all, this exceeded expectations on so many levels: robust build, user-friendly setup, whisper-quiet performance, bags galore, and clear directions. Takes a little practice to get a proper seal. Have to push down hard on the lid.

One of my best buys. I use it all the time and the bonus was it came with 3 sizes of bags and a roll. Can't believe what a great item for the price. It is easy to use and bags are sealed in next to no time

This is a fantastic machine. Seals and removes air quickly and easily. The bags and bags roll supplied are excellent. Would highly recommend.

This is my second Bonsenkitchen sealer. The first one lasted 7 years and still works, other than the plastic clips. This one is an improvement in that the bag’s seal margin is significantly smaller, so less bag is being wasted. Overall, I am happy to welcome this necessary appliance in my kitchen. I am looking forward to using it. The sealer came with a very generous array of bags and rolls! Thank you.

Bought in Jan 2025, first time I've had chance to try it now, in Nov. Going by the many positive reviews, I'm either missing something, or the unit I have is faulty - as it just does not work. It attempts to create a vacuum, but theres always plenty of air left in the vacpac bag - then the limited vaccum releases as it attempts to seal the bag. I've tried this many times now, using 'easy' food like dry nuts - just does not vacuum and does not seal - I can literally get a better seal and less air in a standard zip lock bag.

Not used it much, is a bit fiddley, but does the job it's intended for. The vacuum seal bags sizes are deceptive. They state the dimensions of the bag, but don't specify that there's a 9mm border, so it would be an advantage if they also stated the internal measurements as the ones I bought are not big enough for what I intended them for. So now I have 200 bags too small for what I wanted.
