Great substitute for sugar
My dietitian recommended this sweetener. Love it and it tastes great with my coffee or tea. You can substitute for sugar and it’s all healthy. It dissolves easily and smells better than sugar

Great tasting sugar substitute
I've tried just about every sugar substitute on the market, and Monk Fruit In The Raw is hands down my favorite. It dissolves beautifully in hot and cold drinks alike — I use it daily in my morning coffee and iced tea, and it hits just right every time. What really won me over is how clean the ingredient list is: just monk fruit extract and dextrose. No artificial chemicals, no mystery additives. It's reassuring to use a sweetener that's genuinely derived from a real fruit. And since monk fruit is naturally 100–250 times sweeter than sugar, a little goes a long way — one bag lasts me forever. I also appreciate that it's zero calories and has a glycemic index of 0, so it doesn't spike blood sugar at all. That makes it a game-changer for anyone watching their sugar intake or managing diabetes. Compared to stevia, the taste is noticeably more pleasant — far less bitter and much closer to the mild, clean sweetness you actually want. It even works great in baking. I've used it in muffins and protein oats with excellent results. If you've been on the fence about ditching sugar, Monk Fruit In The Raw makes the transition easy and genuinely enjoyable. I won't go back!

Good Sugar Alternative
This monk fruit sweetener tastes great (no fake aftertaste), dissolves easily and measures 1:1 for sugar. The main drawback is that it gets very clumpy if there’s any humidity at all and clogs up my sugar shaker. It’s a small annoyance and won’t cause me to discontinue using the product. It is, however, getting quite expensive.

Good for Flavored Syrups. Bad for Meringue Cookies!
My Two Points: To make flavored simple syrup with monk fruit blended with erythritol, combine 1 cup of CHILLED boiled water with 1/2 cup of sweetener in sauce pan with a splash of desired water soluble essence flavoring. (I use Black Sambuca essence for flavoring espresso beverages.) Turn the burner on LOW heat and stir until the sweetener is dissolved into the water. Let cool. If stored in the refrigerator, small crystals may form. The syrup is still good. This is a different process for making simple syrup than other sweeteners. Some people add Xanthan Gum. This isn't necessary if you work at temperatures below boiling! DO NOT MAKE MERINGUE COOKIES WITH THIS SWEETENER! They will deflate in the oven.

This is a real tasty sweetener, nothing fake about it, with zero calories! Keto Friendly, too!
I'm pre-diabetic, and my doctor says to me "you should try monk fruit" and I said (after "what the heck is that?") "But I don't eat a lot of sugar, just in my morning coffee" but she said "Well, it might make a difference even that little bit with your glucose and AIC, so I figured what the heck? I bought this Monk Fruit in the Raw a month ago or more. I cannot live without my morning coffee, I'm a Navy veteran & coffee is everything to me in the morning. In fact, you don't want to get between me and my coffee. I also hate artificial sweeteners, and Monk Fruit is NOT artificial, this is from a real fruit. I usually add a flat teaspoon of sugar per cup of coffee 10 oz, now I'm putting only a quarter of a teaspoon of monk fruit in the raw with my morning coffee - and it tastes delicious! It tastes like sugar because it's real and it's sweet and it's in my coffee and I get to drink my coffee and enjoy it. I'm not big on keto diet or any diets really but this is keto friendly. I purchased the 16 oz and I still have half of it left after a month and a half so it's economical as well. I'll buy it again!
