Mock Lobster Rolls with Heart of Palm
This is a fantastic product. I use this and seaweed to make mock lobster rolls. They work perfectly! Okay, might sound a little weird, but with enough butter, a tasty roll, lots of vegan mayo - and a fresh bun and it is tasty.

Always some dented cans
The first time ordering and half of my cans were badly dented

These have awesome flavor.
I had never tried hearts of palm before. I tried this brand and they are fantastic. They have a great texture, the seal is good, the cans aren't dented and they're the perfect size. A couple days. I either eat them cold with a little mayo and I love that because they taste like artichoke hearts. Or I cut them up and put them in salads of different varieties. Anyway they're very delicious I will continue to buy these.

Dented cans
The hearts of palm, in themselves, we're fine. But they were packed in an uncushioned bag, so the cans arrived severely dented.
