I purchase this product to help with my autonomic nervous system response and to tell you the truth, just bad nerves! I’ve been through them all benzodiazepines, mood stabilizers, etc. with horrible side effects, including addiction! I’m now addicted to this product in a good way, as it has really calmed my nerves and gives me energy and motivation to conquer the day! It is helping me with cardiovascular health as my blood pressure is lower, and I’m losing weight! I guess this is because of cortisol being reduced For sure! No more anxiety, sweating palms, palpitations, jitters, etc I absolutely love standard process products as their products deliver as promised and even more! Thank you thank you thank you! I could not be more grateful!!! ❤️

Love this product.

I take a couple of these at night about an hour before going to bed, they do help me to relax and calm down. This is my second bottle and will purchase again. They are a bit spendy, but when you need some help calming down, and something works, its worth it.

I guess it works, make me lazyand sleepie. May be too strong for me.

That person that rated this product with one star doesn't know what he or she is talking about....Check this out anything that you buy from standard process or any other natural or NON SYNTHETIC supplement company you must be on a low carb lifestyle you can't have a high sugar high-carb standard American diet... Even medication won't work correctly if you're not eating right... No fast food, no processed foods, no preservatives, no sugar no food that comes in a box.As far as my experience so far I've had a change in mood , overall well-being. Things that used to stress me out and cause me to react negatively don't affect me as much anymore. I don't get into shouting matches or arguments with family members since taking this. I feel like I don't have to respond tonegative stimuli like i did in the past...

This product helps relieve stress. I absolutely love it.

There isn't a flavor.. I did not want to mark off for that when it's not relevant so gave a five. Overall this has been great.. it's suttle but it's helped take the edge off. I weened off a pretty heavy medication I decided was not best for me and it's left me very sensitive to mood swings of depression and panic attacks. I've been using this and noticed that I'm not getting nearly as anxious as I was. I have been using for 2 months and will continue.
