I gave 4 stars only for the after taste of metal but overall it seems to be a good supplement. I haven't been taking it long enough to see full effect. I have learned it is best to take on an empty stomach and accompanied with Vitamin C as it helps your body absorb the iron.

I thought I loved these so it makes me sad bc I do appreciate the clean ingredients and no fillers. These hvnt worked for me the way other iron supplements have. I’ve taken an entire bottle and while my hgb hasn’t dropped, it remained the same.I’ve even taken it with vitamin c to optimize absorption. I was expecting it to increase my hgb at least slightly. I also appreciate that it doesn’t constipate me, bc that is my issue with every other iron supplement I’ve taken. These are on the more expensive side for an iron supplement and hasn’t deliver they way it should have.
