This stuff really works. No gimmicks here. It doesn’t have that awful strong flavor that other products like orajel and ambisol have. You can barely taste anything at all. Very neutral. It sticks exactly where you put it, and it does not budge at all. A little bit goes a long way. I cracked a tooth, sheered a piece of it right off which left me with a big hole in a molar and an exposed nerve. It hurt like hell. Orajel and ambisol couldn’t touch it. I began resorting to lidocaine spray which was not even for oral application but I was desperate. Then I found this and bought it. Was shocked that it worked. And it kept that tooth protected until I could get back to the dentist. Every time that nerve would start to throb and cause uncontrollable pain, I would put the tiniest amount of this benzodent in it and within seconds the pain would stop. The hole would stay full with benzodent, and would eventually come out throughout the day from eating and drinking. But it kept that nerve numb and protected, and super easy to reapply. Idk what kind of sorcery they use to get it to stick exactly whatever it touches but it’s impressive. I can see how this would be a lifesaver for someone with a denture or partial.

This stuff is a lifesaver if you have any dental/tooth pain. I'm not a fan of the gel based products so this cream is amazing. It stays in place and starts working immediately.

There is a slight scent, not objectionable. They do work to numb irritations. The size is small, but you don’t need to use much for results. As far as value for money goes, when you have dental pain you don’t think about money, you just want something that works.

I broke one of my crowns the morning I was coming home from Italy. Once i got into Miami I had a 6 hour drive home and needed something quick because my tongue was getting shredded. I had this waiting on me when i got home and it worked well. The only thing was it didn't last as long as I needed it to. In all fairness i was pretty raw when i got to it so if i wasn't that raw it probably would have worked perfectly.

It does a super job. I've had mouth ulcers all my life and Benzodent deadens the pain. Works fast and a tiny tube lasts a long time. You only need a small amount. This stuff works well. I bought a 3-pack and keep them in my bag and in the bathroom.

This is better than the other similar products.
