I’ve been using this pillow, and I can honestly say it has improved my sleep. It strikes the perfect balance between softness and support, firm enough to keep my neck aligned but still very comfortable. I wake up with less stiffness and feel more rested. It's been a week. I spent weeks deciding if I should get it but it's amazing. Before I thought I'd be giving it 3 star rating especially as I'm really fussy about my pillows but I can not find a single fault. My neck is so much better and my sleep is amazing
