I usually don't write reviews but this is one of those cases where I felt I had to. When we opened the package the smell was so bad, just unbearable. Rotten eggs x 10. I've been making sausages for years and I've never come across such a horrendous smell. It is so sad for how much you pay and there's nothing you can do. I ended up making sausage patties unfortunately. They need a better way to package these or maintain their freshness. Very unfortunate as I was looking for halal casing which is hard to find. I definitely won't be buying this product again.

Perfect casing for making breakfast sausage. came packaged on a tube, so it was super easy to place on sausage horn. This will be my go to casing from now on.

Fantastic. Makes sausage making easier. I used to use the other, knotted up kind, butwill use these casings from now on.
