I really think these work for me. When I first took them I did so in the morning, but found I was yawning by late afternoon, now I take them early evening and feel relaxed at night.

The reason why I gave this a 1 star is because the size of each tablet is huge..... really big! I almost choked on the first tablet. I really don't know what Natures Plus was thinking when they made each tablet this huge size but be warned each tablet is too big to swallow, it should in my view carry a health hazard warning. My only way round this problem was to cut each tablet into three pieces and which makes swallowing a lot easier. I hope Natures Plus will take this on and reduce the size of each tablet for the future. Having said that the product is fine and it works for me. I have had to cut each tablet down to 3 pcs each time when I take this. If you have problems swallowing in general, do not buy this, if you do then be prepared to cut this down to smaller pcs.

I really think this product work!! I noticed a big change in how I feel at work my attitude is good,and I don't feel stressed or overwhelmed...(give it about 3 days to work)....Down side every since I started taking these vitamins..my stomach have been weird. I think it may be constipation..

I was recommended this by my nutritionist after I was using a liquid sublingual B vitamin. I can actually feel the difference when I take this vitamin. It is a little on the larger side, so if you have a hard time swallowing vitamins I wanted to mention that.
