Wright's Liquid Smoke, Hickory, 3.5 fl oz (Pack of 12)

Hard to find in the store so I am glad to find it here. Will last a long time as I only use it for my home made jerky. I've tried other liquid smoke flavors, but this one gives us the flavor we like. It's a fair price for the number of bottles. Shipping was quick and it was well packed.

I am a big fan of this flavor. And being able to buy it in a bigger pack for a reasonable price ensures I always have it when I need it.

My son uses this product when making deer jerky and I use it sporadically. We used to be able to purchase it at a local grocery store and it was the only store where we could find it. When we ran out we found out they discontinued the product so I turned to Amazon. I did order a whole case because it was less expensive per bottle. We both swear by Wright's. It has so much more flavor than Liquid Smoke. We will buy this over the name brand any day.

Be very careful of the quantity you're buying. One pkg sometimes has more than 1 bottle, sometimes 12.

Jerky isn't jerky without Wright's Liquid Smoke. This is the real thing, the concentrated flavor used in jerky recipes. I also use it when I make pit beef or pit pork on the stovetop or oven. I would use it in homemade BBQ sauces, too. A little goes a long way. This is a good way to buy it as it is not carried in all grocery stores and the price is attractive when buying in bulk. It stays good for years in the pantry, too.
