This gum 100% works! Takes a little getting used to but it's plain sailing once you are. I started on the quickmists in 2018 but after a couple of years, I tried the gum as a slightly cheaper alternative. This also worked but I've been hooked since 2020! It's an endless circle but still better than smoking!

Swapped to these from nicotine pouches as they were giving me gum disease. Find vaping is almost as bad for my lungs as smoking. Lozenges give me hiccups and inhalators leave me wanting more. These taste pretty good for a nicotine substitute and seem to keep on top of my cravings!

Nicorette Icy White 2mg Gums are a very effective way to keep nicotine cravings at bay. I've not smoked cigarettes since using these. They are convenient to use, as they are discreetly chewed then tucked under your lip/gum. The 2mg strength is great for me. For reference, I used to smoke between 10-15 cigarettes a day and these gums stop me craving the ciggies and provide a pleasant tasting relief. I've tried other flavoured, but I prefer the Ivy White one, it's fresh and minty.
