I’ve been looking for noodles like these for years! They cook in about 5 minutes and have the perfect texture. Whatever sauce you put on them just clings to them. They are vacuum-sealed inside the package for freshness. NOTE: the date on the package is the PRODUCTION date. It is NOT the expiration date. Also, the package has no English on it so read the product description above for information. They’re as easy to cook as ramen, though, so you’ll be able to enjoy them in no time.

Just missed the return window and just noticed that I was sent a product with an expiration date of November 2025.

I’ve been wanting to find really thick chewy noodles and these are great. I rinsed them off then put in boiling water for around 3 min then threw them in my stir fry. Very unique texture similar to potato noodles like jap chae but thicker. Find a recipe for Pad See Ew and use these as the noodles. Perfection.

I ordered a 4 packs bundle. There are two packs has mold in each pack when I opened them. Not sure what is the problem. It maybe was made too long ago or the package was being ruined by the moisture when it was packed.

I had awesome noodles at a Seattle restaurant and have been trying to find something similar. This is close enough. Only thing is, the directions say 5 minutes. My noodles seemed done after about 1 minute dipped in boiling water.
