Moist, but expensive
This GF angel food cake turned out well - delicious and moist. It’s an expensive cake to make though. In addition to buying this mix, lots of eggs are required. That being said, it turned out so well that the next time I need a GF Angel Food cake, I likely will purchase this mix again.

Every birthday request!
I make this cake for my Dad every year. Angel food is his favorite! I add cool whip and strawberries and it gets gobbled up so quickly every time. It’s light, fluffy and delicious.

Taste great
Gluten free angel food cake is really hard to find. Glad I found this one and it only uses 10 egg whites, not 12 like the others do. I've bought 4 pks now and have even made mini cakes with it too. Good flavor.

This is not a cake mix at all.
This so called cake mix requires you to add 10 egg whites and vanilla, so it is basically a bag of flour and sugar being sold as a cake mix. Flour and sugar do not a cake mix make.
