There is a little smell from the bottle. It did not seem to really help with hit flash which was my reason for getting it it did help With mood swings

I got these for my mom & she said so far they are helping her , she has more energy & less menopause issues ! So that’s a plus she also said they don’t smell weird or have a bad taste which is great ! Over all they are working great for her !
