PRO 11 WELLBEING Balance Pad

Bought this to help strengthen muscles in my feet. I have incorporated it into my yoga, stretching and strengthening routines and find it to be an excellent bit of kit. Well made and does what it supposed to do - providing that extra bit of stability challenge that forces the feet and legs to work to keep the balance. I would highly recommended!

Great quality product and does exactly what I was hoping it would do. You have to utilize different muscles in your legs and feet compared to other types of balancing/stability products which is ideal for athletes looking for ever changing ways to train and condition. This product is perfect for my 14yo son who is an elite soccer player.

This does work for getting your dog to stand on and do exercise

This is recommended by all physios to improve your stability - do your squats on this pad and then try standing on one leg! Good price as well.

It's probably hard to go too wrong with a balance pad. Nevertheless this one seems good. It's been durable, provides good cushioning, and works well for stability exercises.

Quality was fine but it was smaller/thinner than expected.

The quality of the foam is firm and comfort. Good quality and worth buy for exercising.
